PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item.
When you are finished shopping, select the view cart link and proceed to check
out. First time customers will be required to register. Return customers save
time, by simply inserting their username and password.

ORDERING
There is no minimum order. Shipping and Sales Tax (for Arizona residents) are calculated and added to
the total order at check out.
SHOPPING ON-LINE
For your convenience, we have installed a Secured Shopping Cart via
a Secure Server where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. If you
experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.
TERMS
We accept credit cards, personal checks, money orders or Paypal payments. Paypal also allows you to
directly transfer from your bank account.
SHIPPING
Currently we do not ship international orders. Please send an email to inquire about our international shipping charges.We ship in stock items within 72 hours, but
custom orders will be handled on an individual basis. For personalized items please allow up to 2 weeks,longer during holidays, for the products are each made on an individual basis. If you need an item sooner, please indicate that and we will do our best to accomodate your request, please be aware additional shipping/rush fees may apply.We charge a flat rate of $7.00 for shipping, for standard delivery through USPS. If you perfer an expedited delivery method, please send us an email and we can provide you with a quote for an alternative shipping method, a rush fee may apply as well. If making a purchase for a gift, we would be happy to send that directly to the recipent, please note we do have a $7 per address flat shipping rate. In the comment area during checkout, add any additional information, ie. address and gift card message. Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products we can not accept returns on personalized items. Therefore, please ask questions and be specific when entering your monogramming request, selecting fonts, sizes, and quanities. If an error occurs on our part we will gladly reissue item, and it will be rushed immediatley to you. If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase we will exchange or replace your item within 30 days- shipping cost are non-refundable. All merchandise must be returned in original packaging- we will process your return, once the original item is received.
We stand behind all our products, as do the companies we carry and expect you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, call or email and let us know how we can help make things better! Please note we can not accept any returns after 30 days from the date we ship the package to you.

account that will store your information, so the next time you shop with us, you
